Eleazar T. Concepcion (Dong) prior to setting up ProActive Pest Control had been connected with several corporations handling various key sales and management positions and responsibilities. A graduate of Civil Engineering and obtained his license/authorization to become a Certified Pesticide Applicator in 1999 with ID License No. 92001-450. Dong Concepcion successfully completed a six (6)-week full time Management Development Program (MDP) from Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in year 1999.
